A Complete Range of Packaging Solutions
Cardboard Folding Boxes
Folding boxes are mostly manufactured in standard ECMA constructions, tailored to the exact requirements of each client. We source all board grades according to customer specifications — including GC1, GC2, GT1, GT2, GD and other materials from verified European producers — available in a wide range of grammages.
Most standard cardboard types are kept in stock up to 2 tons, allowing fast production starts for small and medium orders. For larger volumes, the material is ordered directly from the mill upon sample approval and specification confirmation.
Our folding boxes are widely used across industries such as food supplements, cosmetics, confectionery, and other consumer products. For food-related applications, we use inks, varnishes, and boards compliant with food contact regulations.
Moisture- or grease-resistant coatings and other functional or special surface finishes can be applied where needed. On the outside, we offer all finishing options available on the market — including metallisation, hot-foil stamping, spot varnish, embossing and more — to create both protective and premium visual effects.
Laminated Corrugated Cardboard Folding Boxes
Die-cutted laminated corrugated folding boxes, where the liner is printed and laminated directly onto corrugated board, either single-sided or double-sided. This process is performed in-line on the corrugator using open fluting, which provides a significant cost advantage compared to conventional offline lamination.
The corrugated board can be produced in various flute types — F, E, B, C or BE combinations — according to the customer’s strength and design requirements. Special paper grades can be used to improve the mechanical and visual properties of the boxes, and barrier coatings suitable for direct food contact are available on request.
The maximum format size of our laminated box production line is 100 × 140 cm - the largest available in Europe - enabling efficient manufacturing of both small and large volume orders. These boxes are particularly popular for spirits and wine packaging, glassware, cosmetics, shoes, and other industrial products that require enhanced protection and a premium printed surface.
Wrapped Rigid Boxes
Rigid boxes are produced by laminating printed paper onto solid greyboard (chipboard). This process combines maximum structural rigidity with elegant printed surfaces, resulting in high-end packaging suitable for luxury and consumer brands.
The outer wrap is printed on high-quality paper, which can be finished with varnishes, metallic foils, embossing, or soft-touch coatings to achieve a distinctive visual and tactile effect. The laminated greyboard core ensures excellent protection for fragile or valuable products while maintaining a refined appearance.
Our wrapped rigid boxes can be produced in custom shapes and dimensions, with a wide selection of paper qualities and thicknesses according to the customer’s specifications. These boxes are most commonly used for spirits, perfumes, confectionery, jewelry, and gift packaging, where both presentation and durability are equally important.
Coated - paper Rolls & Sheets
The coated papers are designed for further conversion into folding boxes, wrappers, labels, trays and food-contact packaging. Paper is produced and coated strictly according to the customer’s specifications, ensuring consistent performance and compliance with functional and regulatory requirements.
We offer a wide range of functional coatings, each engineered to enhance specific material properties:
- Moisture-resistant coatings protect packaging used in humid environments or cold-chain logistics (ideal for yogurt multipacks, chilled foods, beverages).
- Grease- and oil-resistant coatings prevent staining and absorption, commonly used for soap boxes, chocolate packaging, baked goods or cosmetics.
- Heat-sealable coatings allow the paper to be sealed without plastic films, enabling recyclable mono-material packaging solutions.
- Anti-scratch and abrasion-resistant coatings improve durability during transport and handling, especially for premium printed surfaces.
- Soft-touch, matte or gloss coatings create high-quality visual and tactile effects for branded consumer packaging.
- Barrier coatings for direct food contact fully certified for applications where the printed surface must comply with strict food safety regulations.
Coated-paper rolls & sheets can be produced in various basis weights, widths and surface finishes, tailored precisely to the customer’s converting process. These materials are widely used in the food industry, cosmetics, healthcare, household chemicals, and premium consumer goods where enhanced protection and visual quality are critical.
